Highly suggest you not come here. They lie and will make you wait an ungodly amount of time. They will run your clock out. I have been here almost 4 hours, and the woman in shipping says she has no idea what's going on and that "hopefully they will get your load together soon. " When I arrived 4 hours ago, I was told there was one truck before me picking up the same product. That truck has long since left, and now there are a bunch of new trucks here waiting. This company sent a message to my company saying the load was preloaded and ready in the empty trailer I am bringing in. I'm sure they are trying to get out of paying detention by doing this. Just be aware.

1.go straight to scale, get out of your truck and check in. They will ask for you cellphone number.
2.wait around 3 to 4 hours to receive that call from scale security, and get assigned to a dock.
3.as soo you drive in. they have signs to refer where to go to find you dock.
4.wait for another 1 hour to get loaded.
5.they have plenty of space if run out of hours.
6.You'll be almost max of your total legal weight

If you're a tanker it will take them all day to load you up. Everyone was nice and they helped me back up and navigate through the plant but it doesn't take all day to load a tanker up. 2 hrs tops. If I had to do it again I would have parked in their overnight lot the previous day then get loaded up at 7a then park back in the overnight lot. You won't have any hours left. I feel like these shippers need to have driver amenities if they're going to keep us all day and we can't get much driving done in addition to demurrage.

Warning: Need whole day unload.

This receiver waste my whole day, have to pulled the following load heading AZ during weekend! If you wanner load or unload with them, you are too rich to be a truck driver.

Come here often to deliver, pickup for the 1st time, they're quick to unload 45 minutes to an hour once your dock, may take a few hours to make it to the dock, depending on how many trucks are ahead of you. Drivers u will need to go to scales 1st , scales across the Hwy from last gate, large drop yard can’t miss it, go to channel 2 to talk to scale master. Overnight parking available, portable toilet available (cold in the winter, hot in the summer). Unload by appointment only now. Take Exit 108 go south on AR 9 about 6 miles cross river turn left on AR 113 go about 2 miles.

Strongly recommend avoiding this place! The driver waited almost 5 hours for his turn to unload and in the end they did not accept the entire load because his trailer was older than 10 years! YES, you read that right: THEY DID NOT ACCEPT A LOAD OF RECYCLED PAPER because the trailer was 1 year older than 10! If it were possible to give minus 10 stars, I would!

For delivery drive down the road .4 miles on the right you will see some trailers get in the first drive way to the second driveway where they scale house is, get out and check in, they will let you know what to do from there.
They will take you earlier and will check if trailer is no older than 10 years, they are serious about that for loading or unloading.
