I never leave reviews and this one is 5 years ago but needing to replace the entire system Greco & Haynes installed because it never was able to handle the amount of iron I have in my water, makes me want to let any perspective client to beware. The system never worked from the very beginning. I had called and texted my salesman for months to tell him the water still had the rotten egg smell and it was not clear. He kept saying it takes time because my water was that bad. I even called the office who told me they would leave him a message, but never received a return call. It was only when the 1-year maintenance was due did they have the nerve to call me to schedule an appointment. I flipped. Now I have to spend another $5K to get the system that I needed all along. Greco & Haines are only in it for the $$$$. They do not stand by their product or service. You are better off with a smaller company, one who you deal with the owner is best, and who cares about their reputation. Just look at Greco & Haynes rating, that should say it all.

Elvis and Gary were amazing. My well pump failed and it was at least a 4 hour job digging in a wet hole. They were both professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Great work and great guys. Good customer service to come out on a Sunday. People make a company and I will use Greco and Haines (and Elvis and Gary) in the future.

Greco and Haines has wowed me with their service. I had been purchasing chemicals for my feeder from another company. Recently I had difficulty getting them on the phone to get current pricing and availability. I called Greco and Haines. I had seen their advertisements on WTNH and they replaced a holding tank for me the year before. Greco and Haines answers their telephone promptly and very professionally. I placed my order and selected a convenient delivery option. I had a complaint about the order, and it was handled promptly by management to my complete satisfaction. My point is that any company can have an occasional problem - Greco and Haines proved to me they care about customer satisfaction and have earned my endorsement.

I bought my property 3 years ago and continued with G&H as they knew the well system. I suddenly had a problem and immediately two things became apparent: 1) they do not stand by the quality of their work. Did not take responsibility for an ongoing problem we had under their watch 2) charged me to come diagnose a problem and when I complained they said they will not service me anymore and please not I was not rude with them at all.

I have been with Greco & Haines Inc for over 20 years. They take care of my water pumps, my water filtration system, my water softener system and potassium for my water filter. Their customer services are excellent. I am very pleased with the services which I have received from Le Anne, the receptionist and the delivery men Josh and Rich. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs services for water pumps and filtering systems.

I called Greco & Haines on a Saturday morning when my well pump stopped working and I had no water. They were helpful and courteous on the phone and said they would send someone out in the afternoon. Frankly being a Saturday I was surprised they answered the phone. Two technicians showed up around 2pm. They were very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem to the pump right away. To my surprise they had the materials on the truck and had the pump replaced by 3:30 PM. So far so good. Then I got the bill, a little over $3,000 to do the work. $2000 in materials and $1000 for labor. I was shocked at the bill but I was stuck, I was appreciative that they repaired my water problem right away, especially on a Saturday, so I didn't complain and just paid them in full. On Monday the Greco & Haines office called. They explained that there was a billing error and I owed them another $425. Apparently the technician on site made a mistake in adding up the materials and if I didn't pay the technician would be docked the $425 out of his pay! I was shocked, having replaced well pumps myself I know the materials cost much less than what they charge, they mark-up the material cost by 150%. They were only at the house for 2.5 hours and charged $1000 in labor. But most of all I was appalled that she threatened that the technician would be docked his pay due to the billing error! I called the site manager and he backed down on the docking of pay and assured me that the technician would not lose pay. I asked him what kind of reputable business would threaten their customers in this way? Never again will I do business with this company.

Our well pump suddenly failed and we needed same day service, and had to turn to G&H due to availability. The techs arrived about 5 hours later. They got right to work and identified the problem. Techs were pleasant and their quote matched the final price. However, that price was much higher (basically double) than what I later found out someone else with a similar depth well had paid elsewhere. Rating is only 2 stars because you can find equally competent and pleasant workers at much more reasonably priced competitors.
