Need more friendly office people. Someone shouldn’t be getting talked down to, cussed or hung up on. They keep peoples W2s from them. My husband never received his W2 from 2022 and we called twice a month for the whole year of 2023 just to get voicemails which explained what the issue was and we would receive a call back when we was busy and couldn’t answer so they would leave a message and we would call back and it would be the same thing. Today was the first time I’ve ever been able to speak with someone and she was so rude and hateful and hung up on me.

Had delivery for 6am, showed up the night before, asked guard shack if i could spend the night in the yard, he said no problem. Checked me in and said they would come and get me in the morning around 6. 6:00am someone knocks at my window asking to go to dock 8. Thats how you do it. Perfect experience.

Normally not a bad place overall. But the old lady passing herself off as a security guard last night was rude, arrogant, and of absolutely zero help. I don't care what the issue is, you don't sit there and bad mouth your customers, and your coworkers. This old lady talked bad about my company (who had sent me, and another driver to pickup a couple of our new trailers), as well as the other security guards.
