We found our whole experience with Grasso to be very positive. They first removed our old driveway, then rebuilt the driveway from the foundation on, up last summer. We knew that the old driveway was overdue for attention. Upon the completion of this project, our expectations were exceeded.
Over the winter, we were surprised to see how much more efficient all the water runoff was handled than it had been. Besides the driveway apperance has vastly improved, we're overwelming pleased that it now drains more efficient, and that we have not experienced any more large puddles that we previously had taken for granted.

They stored their equipment on our lawn while doing sidewalk in Darien. We asked to move and they promised will make sure any damage addressed. Left multiple voice messages- no call back. Lady that picks up the phone was rude and condescending and said “oh my God” to someone next to her as I was just asking for a manager call back. Also plan to reach out to the town.

My experience with Grasso was simply a breeze. From my initial phone call to the office, to the day my project was complete, I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism from the entire company. I would highly recommend Grasso Companies to anyone in need of asphalt or excavation work!!

Found them paving around already and their work was neat and clean. Contacted them to repave a driveway but we decided to fix and resurface. One of the employees used the wrong stuff and not hot tar to fill a hole he created and it was an oil pit days later. Said it was bad product but hole should have been filled with hot tar no doubt

They said they would fix it and we did not discuss costs but they came by after having to chase them to come back and a slight attitude towards completeing the job. Later ,whendid come and ripped out the old stuff and re did the work. Looks better but still a slight dent in the driveway. They then charged us half to fix their issues which was weird. Should have done it right the first time.

In my opinion the work and attitude could have been better but the driveway is better than before we started.

Also it lists a wrongful use of the BBB logo and rating on their site.

I find this company to be slow and never shows up. It is taking them a yr to finish one project. Called them to come out for an estimate on something else and they have yet to show (2 months and counting) or call back. I would not recommend this company
