The fudge is excellent and they give you decent sized samples. My favorite is the turtle and the rocky road. Peanut butter fudge was like eating the filling of a peanut butter cup it was a bit too sweet and rich.

The apples looked divine but I didn’t have room in my luggage to take it. The dark chocolate peanut butter cup was excellent. Thick delicious chocolate with smooth peanut butter in the center. The chocolate covered pretzels unfortunately were stale.

Some of the prices make no sense. $2.50 for one pretzel is very expensive, $4.50 for one small truffle is very expensive. $5 for bag of chocolate rocks is cheap compared to the amount you get for $10 at the gift shops. Also they have chocolate covered honeycomb for 2 for $2.50 also a good cheap treat. $9.99 for caramel apples which is also a very good price. So pricing is weird. I of course rather everything be affordable 🙂

No doubt that this place makes amazing chocolate and fudge. They make everything in the cases minus the gelato. Come and try some Fudge!

Well this place has changed and not far the better. One person working, had sunglasses on inside while dark inside. Did not seem like the wanted to be there. Amount other stuff that was purchased, there were 2 chocolate turtles the sizes of a silver dollar to the cost $5. Definitely a disconnect in the quantity, quality and cost.

Great place for any sweet tooth! Prices are cheaper than other locations. Clean, courteous, helpful, patiently giving out samples while trying to decide which yummy treats want to get. I stopped on way to grand canyon, not once, but twice so could get extra to take home & some goodies for my sister's b-day!

Rainy, foggy, cold day at the Grand Canyon equals what to do?!? Chocolate stop for certain!! Ironically we opted out of the fudge option, but I will say it looked ridiculously delicious. But the gelato won us over. Salted caramel, bourbon apple crisp, and plain ole vanilla hit the spot. Regardless of your sweet tooth preference, there’s a lot to choose from. Candy, carmel Apples, candied apples, brownies, sodas, could go on. Didn’t try the lattes but that’s available too. Several pictures included. Easy to find on the east side of the road. If headed into the park, it’ll be just before you get to the second roundabout. Just past the first roundabout of headed from the park, ?. Great for a rainy (or any type of day) stop. The folks serving were very friendly as well.

When I saw CHOCOLATE FACTORY I got very excited. However, they didn’t have as many selections as I thought. I ordered a hot chocolate & it didn’t taste good.

The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Grand Canyon Chocolate Factory has the best lattes in town BY FAR. Not only is their espresso delicious, it's also reasonably priced. The service is immaculate! I highly, highly recommend them for all of your coffee and chocolate needs.

I was craving some chocolate and we stopped to try this place out. It was very good, definitely better than generic chocolate. The gelato was ok, I wouldn’t get it again but it wasn’t too bad. I will definitely come back for more chocolate.

We were craving for ice cream, but got the bonus of gelato... WIN! my family of 4 very much enjoyed the variety of Gelato flavors they had to offer. We all got different flavors and all loved them. My husband also got a cappuccino and he said it was pretty good. They also had homemade fudge, truffles, and other goodies which all looked good. Would definitely recommend.
