Hayden was very nice communicative and very helpful in us finding what we needed and not pushy to make a sell and gave us all the information up front

We did have an issue arise where we were supposed to get the building on I believe a Saturday then it moved to Wednesday then got moved another week out due to the 3rd party they contracted out having issues with his building mover equipment

We decided on this building instead of one we had originally wanted due to it being able to arrive quicker as we were on a time crunch but with the delay it came about the same time the other building we originally wanted would have but it is a nice building very good quality and I feel overall Hayden was not at fault due to it being a 3rd party issue but I do feel they may should have a back up contract with more than just one mover in case this was to happen again

We are happy with the building and the customer service but did want to be transparent about the issue that arose but I'm still giving 5 stars and would still buy another building from them should we need to.

Their corporate has shitty customer service in my opinion though because the sales people in corporate won't talk to you directly they make you talk to the receptionist and pass messages back and forth so if there's a big issue the corporate won't hear from you directly and it takes up to 14 days for delivery but if you don't cancel an order within 7 days u get charged to cancel there after

If you are considering purchasing a portable building, Hayden is definitely the person that you want to go see. She makes her customers feel like family. She lays everything out to make sure that no unexpected costs pop up later upon delivery. She gives great customer service both during purchase and follow up. I highly recommend this business!

great people and you will get a wonderful building that you can make your tiny house or she shed or even his shed lol but seriously you will get a great deal but also make a great friend while doing so because they are wonderful people to buy from so if your interested go see them today
