Heidi was great in helping us pick out blinds for 3 of our doors. Two of the doors were very difficult for us to figure out what would work. She came in and was immediately able to give us a several options that would work and as well as the pros and cons. She also helped as we selected materials for the blinds (something I really hate to do). Her knowledge with the products she represents and well as the experience she has with fabrics and colors made our selection seamless. I am very satisfied with her customer service and am thrilled with our blinds. I highly recommend her!

Heidi and Dana were amazing through the whole process of getting our house completely covered with blinds! During the consultation, they walked around each room and held up samples for us to see how it looked in the room and compared to other samples. They provided excellent advice and acted in such a professional manner. When our blinds were installed, we discovered one of the shades kept creeping up and Heidi ordered brand new blinds to replace them and she and Dana came to switch them out personally! Our blinds look beautiful and we will definitely be using Gotcha Covered again for any future house covering needs.

Heidi was wonderful to work with at Gotcha Covered. She really took the time to go over all the different window treatment offerings that we were interested in and send samples so we could make the right decision. She measured all the windows carefully, so they came in perfect. Her Installer was great and took the time to make sure everything was level when he installed all of them. I would highly recommend Heidi to everyone.
