Had two pigs dropped here May 31st. Was told 2-3 weeks and made an appointment before the slaughter. Called in twice and the dates and prices change both times. Call today on the 22nd of JULY only to have to call and find out that the smoker was backed up but both are done, I lost my buyer for the one pig. No discount was offered for the delay and complete lack of communication.

UPDATE. They have responded and I will talk with them when I come this week to pick up my pigs. Thanks for responding

We used this butcher to process sheep and now our lamb meat has cow hair. We have no cows. This butcher shop blamed the slaughterer and says there's nothing they can do. Use them at your own hairy risk.
