I can't recommend this company enough. I was in a real jam with a leaking water tank and no water in the house. Vicky was able to fit me into the schedule that day. Ricky and Cole came out and did a fantastic job replacing the tank, all the worn out pipes and fixtures, and hauling away the old tank. I am very grateful to their quality service!!

I would not recommend this company. I was a customer for more than 10 years. When I called for a “no water” emergency, they sent a technician who misdiagnosed the problem (“most likely broken wire going down well”) and referred me to one of their competitors. They said they were too busy to restore my water. After calling several of their competitors, I found one who did prioritize my “no water” emergency. This company told me the pump, which had been installed less than 4 years prior by Glastonbury Water Systems, had failed. This company also told me the failed pump was oversized for my well and that it may have been sitting on the shelf for a while. Most well pumps last 7-10 years and are warranted for 5 years. So, the following day, I called Glastonbury Water Systems to ask about the warranty since it was not specified on the invoice. The owner told me the pump was warranted for 3 years and refused to reimburse me the cost of it.

I am a very pleased customer , had a water softener system and well tank installed by Tyler. I wanted to share that I am a new homeowner and I googled companies and received a quote that was 4,000 MORE than what I was quoted by Vicki and Glastonbury water systems. I almost just went with the first quote because I was feeling overwhelmed and figured I would get the same answer from everyone. I am SO glad I didn’t. We're recent transplants to Glastonbury and had GWS replace our water softener system with an iron removal system, as well as a radon filtration system. From Vicki's excellent help over the phone (and the rare, very accurate phone estimates) to Tyler's installation and system walkthrough, we couldn't be happier.

A year later and we just had Tyler and Cole out for our annual system maintenance and filtration media change. Between the initial install, a mid-year UV light change by Ricky, and now this annual maintenance, all of our service calls have been great experiences and we reflexively recommend them to anyone asking for a referral.

I moved into my home from Florida in the the dead of winter. I was used to having a water softener. Within a week of using the water my new house my skin was so dry I knew I needed a water softener. I contacted Glastonbury Water Systems. They came out to my house within two days. I was very impressed. Clayton showed me the right system from my house and tested my water right on the spot. He explained everything to me in. So I made my appointment for the system to be installed. I also purchased a Reverse Osmosis System for my kitchen. I spoke to Vicky on the phone quite a few times she help me find a granite company to drill the hole. She was extremely helpful. She knew that I was so anxious to get the system that she said she would call me if she had any cancellations. The day before my system was going to be put in we were going to have the big north eastern snowstorm. Vicky called me and instead of rescheduling she got me in the morning of the storm. I was extremely happy and so very grateful. I would recommend Glastonbury Water systems to anyone who needs a water softener for their home. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
