Our house came with a very unique mini split system for air conditioning and extra heat if it’s especially cold. We had a lot of trouble finding someone who had the knowledge to fix our type of brand and model. We thought we would have to give up and replace the entire system with something more widely understood by most other HVAC professionals. Needless to say we are so grateful to find Jack and Giuliani Air Conditioning and Heating. He and his team figured it all out for us, never gave up on our system, and we are as happy as can be. Highly responsive, eager to get to work, and genuinely want to help. Highly recommend!

Jack was so was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient at his work. He did a great job fixing our pipe issues and servicing our furnace! He was also so responsive and helpful in scheduling the appointment. I would definitely recommend!

Jack is AMAZING!

We had a problem with our HVAC system that stopped working and was not operational for almost a month during the recent holiday season. Jack was very responsive, we scheduled an appointment the same day by text message and he accommodated my 9 months old napping schedule! After spending an hour on the property he got us up and running! The problem was with the very dirty filter that had to be replaced (our HVAC unit is in the attic where we never go and can’t access it without a professional help). He also drained some air from the boiler to make the air hotter. And he gave me a simple tape to cover the vent in my son's room (which is small and gets pretty hot), while other vendors were suggesting a separate thermostat with its own zone to solve this problem (which would have costed thousands of dollars!). All I can say is - Jack knows his business like no one else (we definitely have someone to compare to!) and on top of being professional he is also very nice. A 5 star review is the very least I can do after such a great experience! I can’t recommend Jack enough!

Guiiani does great work. They replaced
both my air conditioning unit and my hot water heater. They are fast, reliable and trustworthy. Also, they serviced my gas furnace and it now runs quietly for the first time since I purchased my house six years ago. I will continue with Guiliani.
