We had an amazing experience with the Simple box staff when we purchased a used container to store yard work equipment for our church. The office staff was courteous and helpful in each interaction we had with them. They delivered the container in a location where we were able to prep, prime and paint it before moving it to its final resting spot. Dave was gracious enough to come out a second time to move it to its final spot! Loved working with all the staff!

Renee was great with handling the ordering and appointment to get it here. Travis was wonderful, the place I wanted it put was kind of tight and he handled it like a pro! He made sure I was happy with the placement. I was just amazed at how easy he made it look. I would highly recommend ❤️

Simple box was amazing to work with. We were able to move thing out of our home into the box prior to moving. The office staff was responsive and super helpful. They were incredibly careful when delivering and picking up. Their drivers were amazing!!!! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

We rented a storage container after the 2021 Flooding in Whatcom County when we lost nearly everything to store what little we had left and materials for rebuilding. SimpleBox was so kind to us and understanding our concerns if water was going to be an issue again and willingness to work with us if we needed to move the box quickly in the event of flooding again.
