After reading the reviews I was dreading to come here but it's the easiest tarping pickup I've done because they tarp it for you and everyone also seems to be in a good mood. Pull into a bay, (they) tarp, (you) finish strapping, and go.

The Security Guard was very helpful. Let me borrow a hard hat. The young lady we're you check in with paperwork was also very helpful. She got up and walked me outside and showed exactly were she want me to go. The only reason for 3 stars. The waiting room Area. If you don't want to stay in my truck then make updates to your driver lounge.

If you smoke in your truck, you’ll be screamed at. If you don’t walk in the designated area, you’ll be screamed at. If you don’t wear glasses, vest and hard hat regardless of the situation, you’ll be screamed at. If you don’t turn your truck off to keep yourself at a comfy temperature, you’ll be screamed at. If you walk on your flatbed trailer they will scream at you like you were killing their family dog. You’re not allowed on the trailer while tarping and they didnt provide a ladder so I didn’t tarp mine, also couldn’t put edge protectors on the edges of the load. called receiver and they said it didn’t need a tarp anyway. Good luck everyone.

Impossibly long unload times and ignorant safety rules with no reguard for drivers needs. No, amenities with more than 2 hours wait time in small cubicle. Recommended not to haul in or out of this facility. Not enough pay on load either. Owner ops, don't waste your time.

Slowest place to unload. They off load 1 trailer and then dissappear for an hour or more and then take their time offloading next trailer. Hope I never have to come here again. Plan on 4- 6 hrs before you are done

I honestly love this place. Every time I go, there are other drivers who remind you that it's a community of people and not a job. Best experiences in driving that I've ever had, all while preparing loads to be unladed in the coldest/hotest/wettest/windy conditions. Hate backing into that bay though. Tight!
