No idea how to load their own equipment. No idea what the pieces weigh. “They do that up in the office”… well, maybe tell the guy loading the truck Dropped a head on the back of my trailer because they were using a hook that didn’t fit instead of a shackle, then had the audacity to cry to the broker because I was rude. I didn’t even try to go after them for the damage to the trailer! Childish.

Whoa where to start. I am the mechanic that's works on the stuff that my company sends out to these guys. Let me tell ya I might as well be a machinist because without fail, there is stuff that was not done, was ignored, there are procedures their machinists fail to do EVERY MACHINE. I am tired of fixing these procedures that were missed tired of have to use a grinder and burr bits to get it to where it needed to be.

We have gotten back many things that were no where close to tolerance. How do you go over 5x the tolerance and not know? Do the machinists not measure their cuts when finished? Do you just fullsend the bits in and look at it and go yeah that'll be good.

How do you miss procedures that were given to you by the company, by the workers, by the quality control. You focus on step 1 of 6 and then throw the other 5 out the window and just say that's not my problem. You clearly see a divot/valley was machined into a piece go cut the hole to resize it and don't even put the valley back? It's in the procedure.

I will say I am happy my company uses you because when I go to build my engine I know what machine shop NOT TO SEND IT TO. Because tolerance, steps and procedures are not this companies specialty.

Had to drop off papers. It was a good place to work. There is always someone that doesn't like that you do something better than they ever could so they get you fired. Seems like every place is like that, oh they say we are family oriented until someone doesn't like you , then you aren't a member of that family anymore

3 hours to load 2 pieces of equipment. I call said it would be ready at 10 am , 13 got loaded . They aren't in a hurry .
