I have hired Alisa through GENROSE to create plans and designs for the renovations of our living room and kitchen. I have also met with her several times at the GENROSE showroom, where she has provided details from kitchen cabinetry, bathroom flooring, hardware, and more. went to look for kitchen backsplash and for shower tile. Staff acknowledged me with “hello” and that is it-no may I help you etc. Staff first made a business phone call then got on cpu
i was the only customer- browsed for 5 minutes. Gave up and left
never again wasting my time with this company

I bought my tile for my house at Genrose Guilford store and Alisa helped me pick out all my tile. She was so patient and answered every question that I had about the tile textures and grout. I am so pleased with her customer service that I will never go anywhere else. My house looks great and I referred my daughter there for a backsplash and it looks flawless.
