Smooth and efficient testing at Bradley Airport. Received my results within 48 hours.

Only reason for 4 stars is that I received a bill for the test 9 months later because I apparently wrote down my insurance member number incorrectly. 9 months is far too long to process a bill. Also, I reached out to them via messaging on their billing site and did not hear back after two weeks. Had to call their office directly to correct the bill situation.

My husband and I were tested Friday Oct 9th at Bradley. We were told to use one email address which we did. My husband received notification 24 hours later was able to log in and get his results. I received notification 72 hours later, and since it is same email cannot get my results. Phone calls go to a full voicemail! Emails sent are not answered. Horrible customer service! Still under quarantine, will have to go and get tested elsewhere!

**UPDATE**
It is now 11/10 and I still do not have test results. I’m pretty sure these people lost my swab. Please ask your insurance provider not to pay out for these tests. I have a complaint into DPH.

DO NOT USE! Was tested at Bradley at 10/22. It’s been almost 7 days and still no results. Had to get tested elsewhere. They promise 72 hours. Spoke to someone on 10/26 and was told I’m “in process” and would definitely hear back that evening. Still haven’t. I’ve been told they are backed up but no date on my test yet.

They are under investigation by CT DPH. The airport authority should remove them from Bradley and choose someone more competent and who has more staffing resources.

My husband, daughter and myself all got tested at Bradley Airport. My husband received results 4 days later. My daughter and I never received results. After 11 days, I have tried calling (no one answers the phone) and emailing (no response at all). Don't waste your time getting tested at Bradley. This place is a complete joke and I wouldn't even trust their results if they bothered to send them out.

Billing system is outdated and super annoying.
Got tested at Bradley in Dec 2020, then went on my way. Got my results like a week later. Then I get a bill in April 2021. No option for paying online (super outdated) so I call to pay over the phone. I get some other number for their billing department. I call that number and it’s scratchy and static and impossible to understand the other end of the line. Tried calling multiple other times over the next feed days and got the exact same thing. Impossible to pay a bill for a test I didn’t even want in the first place.

Zero stars!!!

This is the second time they billed the wrong insurance company on my behalf.

Twice tested at Bradley Airport.

First time it happened, I called customer service and the lady on the phone - Audrey - indicated that she would have to email the outsourced billing company to rebill my correct insurance which I provided at time of test - they had logged me as SELF-PAY - WRONG!!!!

Second time, I got tested at Bradley Airport, I had told customer service the first time that my second test should be billed to the correct insurance company. Of course, it wasn't.

And now have been on hold waiting for next available agent for almost 30 minutes. Your call is very important to us. BULL!!!!

I am done with the Bradley Airport COVID-19 Testing Site. CVS and CHC are fine by me.

The website to sign up to pre-register is pretty terrible. It allowed me to set up an account but it booked an appointment time for me instead of doing a pre-register. Which you cannot use the appointment. Then when I got off the plane I had no actual account. They had no record of me, despite me pulling up an actual login. Now it's been 80 something hours and no results. We tested Wednesday night It's now Sunday and have to return to work Monday and no test results. I would not recommend using this place and Bradley should reconsider who they have in their facility. It's convenient that it's there but the turnaround time is terrible. There's no point using it

My boyfriend and I were tested at Bradley after flying in the morning of Monday, October 12th. If I could, I would give this company 0 stars.

First, when we arrived at the testing window, we were asked to pre-register online by the employee manning the line, so we proceeded to do that. There was ONE employee working the registration desk. She was very sweet and continued to apologize to everyone who was in line waiting, stating that they were understaffed today and they only had 1 person for registration. It took over an hour to get registered, and when my boyfriend and I got to the registration table and told her we pre-registered, she proceeded to tell us that their online registration was not working today, so she needed to enter ALL our information all over again.

Next, there were three employees at the covid testing area, but only one person got tested at a time. Why couldn’t one of those employees assist the one lady at registration to make the process a little smoother and quicker?

We were told our results would come within 24-48 hours. My boyfriend received his exactly around the 48-hour mark on Wednesday, October 14th. To this day, Saturday, October 17th, I still DO NOT have my results. I called Thursday, October 15th to check in, and the lady I spoke to told me that they are backlogged and that I should be getting my results either today 10/15 or on Friday 10/16. What I don’t understand is how did one traveler get their results at the 48-hour mark and the other traveler not get their’s? We were tested on the SAME day within a few minutes of one another.

The lady on the phone was not helpful at all. Next time we fly, we will not be getting tested by this company at Bradley. We will go somewhere else with a better turn-around rate and stronger customer service skills.
