I have felt like I'm quite bit behind when it comes to technology. Like many other folks my age, I had been clinging onto an overpriced satellite connection for quite some time.
I spoke with David and he suggested that I consider upgrading to a "smart home." At first, I thought it was going to be all too complicated for an old lady like me, but oh how I was mistaken.
The installer Spencer understood my apprehension and walked me through the process, step by step, and didn't leave until he was sure I was comfortable using my new system.
I am now very happy with how everything went, the quality, the savings, and the customer service.

Had bad experience with this company. Promises were not kept. Set up 5 different appointments for service and they did not show up or call for four of them and was nearly two hours late for the one. When I was able to contact a live person, was told she would look in to it and call back right away. No call back. Had trouble keeping local channels. Constantly had to rescan in order to get the channels back. Sling TV could be OK if the equipment worked and you had a reliable service from the installers. Was not my experience with this company.

Where to begin wh the exceptional TV company? My experience with them was simply marvelous! As an older lady, I often struggle with modern technology, but they took their time to help me in the most patient and understanding manner. I now enjoy everything I like to watch from the comfort of my living room!

Probably the best experience with customer service I have ever had. I was having the typical issues with my television; high price and flimsy reception, and I was hating it. The quality control representative that showed up at my home was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He found a solution that saved me a ton of money and fixed my reception issues to boot. The installer was equally knowledgeable and helpful, showing up at early within the appointment window (no waiting around for hours) and quickly taking care of his business and showing me how to use the new equipment. I am so very happy with my experience and my new television service.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff! My sales consultant showed me very plainly on paper how I could save money and enjoy better perks without losing any of the channels I enjoy. The technician showed up promptly at the agreed upon time, no waiting for hours on end, and was very quick and professional. I had a few questions after installation and my phone call was answered very quickly and my questions were addressed extremely succinctly. Great company, great staff, great SERVICE!

Equipment was never even installed. Canceled order the day sales person talked my parents into a $750 dollar system they did not need. It is now day 24 and money has not been refunded. Better Business will be notified.
