What a great experience I had today with David as my technician. He was right on time and explained everything he was doing clearly. Made some excellent recommendations and caught an issue with a fan that had been running 24/7. He was friendly and professional, which is important when having people in your home. I had signed a maintenance contract not a week before we discovered a leak and active sparking from a pipe in our boiler. Our acct manager at Gault helped us navigate the stressful situation and ensured an experienced technician came out right away. That technician had the foresight to carefully read the notes on our case and proactively engaged an electrician, and together they save the day by coming up with a safe, stopgap system so that we had heat and hot water while we waited for parts under warranty. We haven't been customers for long, but they've proven themselves already x 1000!

We recently had one of our 2 air handlers in our hydro system fail, causing us to be without heat in our upstairs. Gault quickly responded and once we determined we needed to replace the upstairs system, including the A/C compressor, Gault gave a fair estimate for the project. They provided space heaters to bridge us through the waiting time for installation. When time came to remove the old system and install the new system, they had a team hear promptly when scheduled and did an amazing job with so much more polish and professionalism than the original installation. I am impressed with the quality of Gault's work and their commitment to customer service. I highly recommend.

Told to go call plumber for suspected frozen pipe but is not the issue. Technician was nice but told not to come back to property to check if warming a pipe solved the problem which remains unresolved despite paying for the annual service plan. Manager didn't return calls.

Gault just replaced our 27 year-old oil-fired furnace. It was a terrific experience starting with Rob Capri, who determined the scope of work including what would (and would not) best address our needs. The installers, Paco and Janae, were superb.
