Overpriced! I called for a simple dryer vent cleaning. A technician came out the same day and cleared it with a brush and a handheld vacuum, and charged me $550 for this service. I paid it. Then later while talking to my family, I kept hearing that I was overcharged. I looked online, and sure enough, other local companies charge $69, $79 or $99 for this service, NOT $550. I called and spoke to the manager at Gale's, who explained to me that my vent was extra dirty plus the technician had to go on the roof to clean the vent from the outside, and that was why they charged me so much. I don't think that price is fair for the amount of work they did. Do your research and find a more reasonably priced company.

Scam alert 🚨I called Gales, a call center picked up and said they would be out for a free quote. They got here and took a look inside and outside.They used there snake (same one I had already) and went into the attic to come down and say “yeah we can’t unclog the problem.We have to replace the whole dryer vent for $2,000”.He charged us $300 for this visit. And asked for %30 down to start the rebuild.I said “no I need to think about it.”They left a sales receipt from a different company.I called gales to talk to a manager and got the call center again.No one called back. I called back several days in a row before the actual returned my call.I demanded my money back.The same tec hand delivered the cash 2 weeks later.We called the company that was left on the sales receipt and they had no record and no history of service done at our house.We did get our dryer vent unclogged from AIRBEST for $200 start to finish. No upsale. No extra charge. They were honest and knowledgeable.If you are in puyallup choose AIRBEST. I would also ask to see any technicians identification.
