Terrible company, Brian Good is very dishonest. I purchased their Flexible shaft model# FS 335, as their website claimed "GI Warranties it's Shafts". The shaft arrived with a cracked end fitting. I shipped it back to the company at my own expense, in the original packaging for a refund, right?. Not so fast, 2 weeks go by and I call Brian (Very hard to reach, as he works only part time). According to Brian, they do no accept returns on flexible shafts if the shipping box has been open (What?), he completely refused the fact that they shipped a defective product and hug up on me when confronted on the made up return policy. Now out of $305 dollars for the shaft, $42 dollars for shipping and $25 for shipping it back, I have only one thing to say, WOW! Avoid this scam business at any cost..

I have done business with GI Industries for 10+ years and have been extremely satisfied with their products and customer service. I recently had an issue with a new machine (that was most likely operator error) and they overnighted the needed part to me without question. Can’t ask for more than that. I find that GI machines hold up better than their competitor.
