I'd like to salute Danbury delivery driver "Frank". He has made four (4) deliveries to my home on various dates in August & September for our bathroom renovation project. Frank has worked hard to carefully unload and set down large heavy crates of materials, and has been super friendly throughout. Sometimes contractor trucks blocked my steep driveway, and Frank had to roll heavy items uphill for 60-70 feet, yet he never complained. We love you, Frank!!

Despite the time constraints, he tackled a big list for me and ensured I had everything I needed. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I don’t own a business, I own a home - and I get first in class service every time I stop down. Forget the box stores - these guys have the expertise and knowledge one would expect dealing with a trade supplier. I had an old shower valve cartridge that went on me. Steve behind the counter took pictures of it, crossed it up, called me back with P/N’s and told me where I could buy it, as they didn’t carry it - class act. This wasn’t my first purchase with them and certainly will not be my last. These guys do it right and take care of whoever is on the other side of the counter - Thank You!

Our water heater died, so we called and scored an American-made, highly-rated new unit for a very reasonable price. They even took the old unit for disposal at no extra charge! The service was excellent. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT experience at both the Brookfield location and the Danbury warehouse. Prior to (ultimately) purchasing from FW Webb, we visited and were ignored at both Plimpton & Hills, Danbury and Torrco, Danbury. Seriously - store full of staff, no clients and we were completely ignored. Our experience with FW Webb was the polar opposite. Every single person we encountered was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. There are ongoing supply chain issues it seems in every industry, however, we had no concerns here. The staff at FW Webb skillfully and quickly negotiated this process to get product to us very quickly and to effectively deal with our plumbing emergency. Top notch staff at both the Brookfield showroom and the Danbury supply center. Do yourself a favor - shop at FW Webb!
