You know it…you’ve experienced it. I’ve experienced it. Some of the WORST customer service and professionalism on the planet. Seems pretty rampant right now. Hold that thought and don’t spill your drink and let me tell you about some of the BEST, and I do mean some of the VERY BEST, customer service and skill and professionalism I’ve seen in YEARS!

We have a grape arbor I created using cattle panels and some (ahem) light ingenuity. Heavy spring grape growth and heavy rains came and…collapse!!

I called all around for a steel frame solution to shore up my “light” engineering. I was either ignored or ghosted or just plain scoffed at. Not so at Frontier Metal Fabrications! Craig listened to our plight and, after listening to my thoughts, offered the best way to go for our issue. We approved it and the Frontier team set to work on some fine arches.

Everything looked great for the arches on initial delivery. So I talked to Craig about a birthday gift for my wife. We wanted a ranch-style sign for our property in eastern Washington, deep in the Palouse. This was to honor my wife’s grandpa, Omer, a part-Cherokee lover of the land.

Amazing results! These guys nailed it! And for a very reasonable price! We were so excited to get it installed. Then, a heatwave hit us all and covid struck hard here at chez nous (standby for pics on that final Palouse install).

Time, as always, goes by. So, I'm all healed and ready for next steps, I girded up to install our arbor arches, only to discover there had been a mix up on some width instructions! I reached out to Craig. Boom! Nick from Frontier calls me. They picked up the arches, fixed them, and re-delivered. Stunning!

It took me awhile to absorb that kind of service. We were truly shocked. We are all so used to excuses or some other dodge, right? I CANNOT RECOMMEND FRONTIER METAL FABRICATIONS ENOUGH! You need steel work? You NEED FRONTIER! Thanks to Craig, Nick, all of yous hard workin' peeps out there! Great work! THANK YOU! Call me if you need a recommendation!

Totally amazing group of metal workers and shop organization. I went in to have a set of table legs built. I drive big truck over the road lower 48 states, so my schedual is real tight when I need to get something done. They were able to complete the job push order and waited after hours to have me pick the project. Great customer service and they knew all the questions to ask to make all the details match wjat I needed. The legs fit perfect and they never saw the table top once. That means true mechanical knowledge and not welding things together randomly. Thanks to them. I appriciate what they do for the price.

They don’t answer the phone, don’t return voice messages, and don’t reply to email. Tried calling Bids (twice), the front desk (twice), and Valerie. I left voice messages for Valerie twice and emailed her. Nothing -- crickets.
