I've seen the comments online regarding people not getting parts or communication. I was apprehensive upon ordering but I know the Front Range twin stick is excellent quality. I emailed prior to ordering to check if the parts were in stock and received a response within 1-2 business days.

I placed my order on a Thursday and had a UPS shipment notification by the following Tuesday. Communication and order delivery time were good for me. I received everything I ordered and even got a high quality sticker (obviously, the sticker is the important part).

YMMV but I wanted to drop a review to leave credit where credit is due.

Can't get responses on products even using their webpage. Terrible communication even after I paid them. If their customer service is this bad when just ordering a product, imagine how bad it would be if you experience a defect if you receive the product. No phone communication. After a missed ship date, I disputed the transaction. This is a common issue with FROR.
