Do yourself a favor and just go to Carla’s Supermarket for all your Grocery Needs!!

They have fresh meat rather than frozen so you get more for your money. You have a better customer
experience.

After spending $200 minimum every visit to this place, someone called Tom had the audacity to say I was no longer welcomed in the facility I had no intentions of ever revisiting due to the current ordeal. All due to requesting compensation for a sneaker that was destroyed by their damaged Betapak curry that was on the shelf for purchase.

This establishment is far from professional. The person called Tom was so sensitive and showed his poor emotional intelligence.Trying to gaslight me into feeling he’s doing me a favor. We stand on principle on this side, so small claims it would’ve been.

It’s not always about the money! Fair is Fair!
If you stand for nothing, you fall to everything!

Save yourself and support the place that respects your hard earned money.

I go every week for my great nut ice cream and all my other island items. Store is always clean they always have people waiting to check you out. And they always speak when you come in the store.

Today was great they had right items to make my Easter Feast be a grand one. They had plenty oxtail,goat fish, chicken, steak,and pork meats. But they had the side dish such as plantain, bread fruit, black pear, ackee, greens, and peas. Whats folks I was straight I didn't have to make another stop.

Went for the 3rd time and the place smells like rats die in there all the time. I expressed to the owner my concern being that they are a Supermarket and instead of taking my feedback as constructive he kicked me out the store and threatened to call the police. Will never go in here again.

Great family who owns this store. They help in any way they can. Tom runs the market bringing in foods from Caribbean islands and west indies...Always fresh fish. Fresh vegetables. Good ole Tom. Hes very helpful at finding you what you need!
