Being a woman, so often when attempting to rent or purchase tools or equipment i am treated like i don't know what i need and Dustin listened and asked questions and the best solution was promptly delivered to the site!

Freedom Equipment Rentals consistently provides excellent service. They are locally owned, and Layton and his crew have always treated me well. They usually have the equipment I need, and if they don't, Doug has gone above and beyond to help me find alternatives, even from other rental companies. Any issues I've had were handled promptly and professionally. Highly recommend them for all your equipment rental needs!

This is by far the best rental company I have ever used. Because of a shortage of equipment at Home Depot, I decided to go with a local company. I will never return to Home Depot again. The customer service was exceptional. You do see that quality of customer care anywhere anymore. I had a chance to meet the owner, and I will say this with 100% certainty, they don’t make them like him anymore. Honest, stand-up, guy. I don’t write many reviews. But Freedom has earned my business and trust. It’s the least I can do to emphasize what a great establishment they are.

My primary rental equipment resource did not have equipment I needed, so I looked for alternatives and found Freedom Equipment Rentals, prices were competitive, staff had great attitudes, and they had the equipment I needed. Got it delivered on time. Only bad thing was I didn't ask if the lift had auto level, that is my own fault and I was able to make it work for my needs.
