Had 3 am appointment, arrived 2:30. Was given a door only at 4! Place is kinda chaotic, people on the check in are far from nice or pleasant. Unloading itself was decently quick, paperwork too, I didn’t have to deal with lumper though.
Okay experience for Seattle area I would say.

They handled our fresh produce with care, maintaining quality throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed with their commitment to maintaining the cold chain, which is vital for fresh goods.

Communication was also top-notch. The staff provided timely updates and made it easy to track our shipments. Plus, their flexibility in accommodating our needs showed their dedication to excellent customer service.

Overall, my experience with Fred Meyer has been outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and efficient produce receiving services!

2:00 a.m. seems to be some sort of magical number. If you get here at 1:15 a.m. they might turn you around because the office will not be in until 1:30. I've been here many times the average about 3 hours sometimes closer to two.

You’re really really gonna think that there’s a line in the right lane. Most of the drivers like myself will honestly think there’s a line in the right lane and we’ll get in it. And we’ll think everybody getting over to the left as an asshole cutting line. But then you spent an hour in line and discover that in fact, there were like three drivers with their curtains closed at the front, causing all sorts of confusion and chaos. And Fred Meyer isn’t doing shit about it.

Appointment at 5:00 AM. I arrived at the guard check at 2:00 AM and got checked in with them. I took the badge and vest, then headed to the office to check in there and got a door immediately. This is not always the case, but if you are on time, they usually give you a door right away. The ladies there are very sweet, but understand that people will treat you as you treat them. Door hours usually vary depending on how busy they get, so expect to be on the door for anywhere from 2 to 4 hours. So go ahead and get some nap. Lumper fees depend on the product and the broker, so you might have no lumper fee, or you might have to pay it. People coming to this facility need to remember to bring their badge and vest when they check in, or they'll be sent back. Overall, it's a good place for reefer warehouses.

Great experience! First ignore the idiots who parked at the right lane before the entrance to the Fred Myers, it might seem like it is a line to check in, it's most likely not, it's just drivers chilling there confusing other drivers, I even asked a truck driver before me, he said it's a line to check in, I went to the gate to see if it's true, and no, the lady at the office said they are just chilling there and waiting for their appointment, if you have the appointment within the hour just enter the facility and ignore them!

I entered around 9:30 pm for a 10 pm appointment, went to the office, and they gave me a door right away, unloading, lumper paid, and I got the BOL in around 1,5 hours which is great for a place like this!

Worst place.Rude people. Got 1 palette and it's taking them over 3 hours to unload it. Why do I need to pay lumper or unload produckt that you guys ordered?. Plus some one always walking and knocking on door. They should know that green light doesn't mean your done.
