I would not go to this place again!
The first time I went there I was looking for a grappler for my friends Massey Ferguson tractor, since they sell Massey Ferguson tractors I thought why not buy one from them. I walked in and spoke to the person behind the parts counter and he was kind of short with a little bit of an attitude and said he could not help me. I need to talk to someone else. I found someone working in one of the offices and asked if they could order me a grappler attachment for the tractor and was told that the only one they have is already sold that they could not order it. So thankfully I went to Rocky Mount tractor and they were able to sell me a grappler. By the way, they're great people at Rocky mountain tractor.
I went back the second time on Good Friday. I had had a coupler go bad on my Massey Ferguson tractor. It was at the end of the day the tractor was down and I needed to get it back to the house. I asked the guy behind the courts counter and he said that they don't have it. It would be maybe the middle of next week before it came in. I then asked him if there was any other Massey Ferguson dealer that I might be able to find it and he replied. I don't know of any other Massey Ferguson dealers, I didn't ask. Can you give me the part number so I can look it up? He said I cannot give you the part number. And he was smirking about it again. This was the same guy I talked to with the first time ever went into the store that was short to me and had kind of an attitude which has not changed. Please do not go to this store.
Oh by the way, I did find the coupler that I needed at the tractor supply another great business to go to other than here.

These people are the biggest bunch of rip offs east side of the mississippi river. They tell you one thing then do another .. then charge you for there screw UPS !! These people are crooks behind long beards and they were funny hats !!! I would rather walk to Texas on 110° day barefooted has to deal with these people ever again 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
