It just simply is not worth trusting any other plumbing than Fragola. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service when you call and a well organized catalog. The quality of their products is outstanding, and its all made right here in CT.

I had a list of about 30 parts That I wanted to order. When I spoke to the lady she informed me that I needed to go look up every part in their catalog and give them “their” catalog number. Considering this is their line business I found that a little odd that they couldn’t look up a -6 hose straight hose fitting and insert their part number. Maybe it’s just me. So I hung up and was going to order them from another company. I thought to myself no, there’s no reason why they can’t put their part number to what I need. When I called back the rude lady on the phone said that maybe she doesn’t want to look up the part number because I haven’t bought anything from them since 2017 and only have a $20 buy in. So I called back and asked to talk to a supervisor to only find out the lady I spoke to was the owner of the company. Needless to say she was either given or inherited the company because there’s no way it became that big and successful with that kind of attitude. You’ve lost a customer for life.
I will say that was probably the worst attitude in customer service I’ve ever experienced, ever.
