I really enjoyed my two year stay here at Fox Hill. Kid and pet friendly!!! Quiet and safe. They take great care of the landscape and have a special place for the dogs. They have multiple laundry rooms on site.
I would say the only two downsides would be having to pay all utilities as if you owned the apartment, and sometimes I had the leave the pool with my kid due to the inappropriate behavior of tenants and their company. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay at Fox Hill!!

Fox Hill has very comfortable, modern, and well-maintained accommodations. The single room apartments and studio’s are very spacious, and climate controls are cost efficient. Property management is friendly and easy to communicate with. Laundry facilities are numerous and easily accessible as well, and never overrun. I would definitely stay at a property managed by Navarino again!

Definitely do not recommend this agency to anyone. I dealt with Sam Ascioti the whole time. My boyfriend and I went through the entire application process, including paying for a background check. Afterwards Sam was spamming both of us about apartments and what we were interested in. We asked for one day to decide on an apartment, which she agreed to. The next day we told her what apartment we were interested in and she said that she’d send over the lease. After that we have heard nothing from her, we’ve texted and emailed and have gotten nothing in return. Not sure as to why but I wouldn’t want to live in a complex where management ignores you.

If you value privacy, peace, and quiet this is a great place to live. The only noise I hear is from the weekly landscaper work, which is neccesary. The managing staff are courteous and react to any issues immediately. Snow removal is prompt. The pool area is nice and its kept clean. Beautiful property to walk a dog. Great location close to the highway and many stores and restaurants. I would recommend living here if you are looking.

I have lived here since May and I have had a great experience with the staff! I had to move abruptly due to some personal circumstances and they were very helpful in processing everything quickly. I have had a couple maintenance issues but the staff was easy to get ahold of even after business hours and the issues were addressed within 24 hours. The only downside for me is that it is a bit pricey - living alone makes it more difficult, but my unit is fully remodeled and perfect for what I need!

I had wonderful experience moving into my new apartment. The management made it so quick and smooth to move in with efficient work and minimal going back and forth. John was very flexible to accommodate to my time schedule to work on everything. The apartment is lovely with huge greenery around. I have a nice patio with a good view too. I highly recommend Fox hill to enjoy the nice peaceful environment.

If I could give them a one star I would.. this apartment complex should be shut down and rebuild. 1. I live in a small condo and the company decided to increase my rent by more than 50% . 2. Leasing office workers are rude and don’t want to be bothered when you call. 3. If you’re even a couple days late they have some man knock at your door and disrespectfully had you an eviction notice. Please save your money and find a better place $1600 for a condo that has nothing included. P.s I know people in newer apartments getting much more and still pay less

I have a one bedroom that overlooks a nice wooded area. I love coming home from work and sitting outside on my balcony to unwind. The one bedroom is big enough to fit my work desk in the living room and still have plenty of room for my couch, chair, TV stand and other furniture. I was surprised on how big the one bedrooms are! I am in a renovated apartment and just love it! The grounds are really pretty and enjoy taking a walk. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. I am so happy I moved here!
