I had a major problem last year with a patio set I purchased. It was defected. Josette Minniti helped resolve this issue. She was amazing to work with. Every step of the way she was always patient, concerned, attentive, courteous and professional. She was a pleasure to work with! I decided this year to buy the table and chairs to match my set. I went online and it showed the cushions were a different color. I called Jossette and she said that's what she saw too. I was extremely disappointed because the cushions were a different color and didn't match mine. She told me she wanted to research this matter and see if she could find the correct color cushions to match my set. The next day she called me and I couldn't believe it, she found them for me. I was estatic! She went above and beyond for me and went out of her way to accommodate me even to the point I didn't have to go into the store to purchase it. I can't tell begin to say how much I appreciate what she did. She couldn't have been more helpful. She is an extremely valuable employee and an asset to Fortunoff. I wish everyone was like Josette. It goes without saying if I ever need anything else I will definitely Josette. She is a gem!!!

Not a great experience. Cushions were sold with chairs were not the same size and had to pay for an upholsterer. Return policy VERY inflexible in mitigating circumstances. I spent A LOT of money and found customer service extremely lacking. Will not shop there again.
