Had a wonderful time trying the samples and chatting with the owners! They have authentic Peruvian cacao chocolate that is divine. We bought plenty of chocolate and enjoyed sampling to see which we liked best. We also got hot chocolate that was perfect. It had fruity notes that made it the best hot chocolate we have ever had! We will be coming back again!

Chocolate lovers must buy their products from this local Peruvian business. Not only does their chocolate bars retain the cocoa butter instead of icky soy, they know how to make their chocolate goodies smooth and beautiful. We met the owner who was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed all the samples and of course we left with a bag of goodies. I believe we have a winner here for the next round of Christmas presents for everyone. Now that I'm spoiled with real chocolate from Hawaii and now from Peru, there's no need to buy at the local grocery store. They have a dark milk chocolate that will satisfy the picky eaters that won't try dark chocolate. It's sweet and not tart at all. We had the peanut and chocolate covered marshmellow confections and they were delicious. I don't prefer marshmellows, but theirs doesn't taste like overly sweet cheap ones. My favorites are the Mango Chili and the Quinoa Chia bars. I will probably get the Blueberry ones next. Make sure to go home with their hot cocoa mix at at least a couple bars. The price for a fabulous bar is so reasonable. We will be back to try the other confections. Thank you for bringing your craft here and supporting the farmers back in Peru.

First off, this places offers really decently sized samples of their chocolate. The customer service is outstanding, they are very attentive and are happy to spend as much time with you as your explore your many options. The chocolate is smooth, high quality and on par with European chocolate standards. It really is excellent chocolate 🍫

Fortunato Chocolate is a hidden gem tucked away near REI. While waiting for service on my vehicle, I wandered in and discovered an incredible chocolate shop filled with chocolates of every kind. I left with an assortment of truffles and a cup of their wonderfully rich hot chocolate. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this delightful spot!

My favorite chocolate shop hands down! The variety of chocolates that they have is extremely well curated, and extremely good! The chocolate itself is simply fantastic, this is one of my favorite things to give as a gift, because everybody loves it!
Also, the family that runs this shop is directly associated with the farmers who farm the cocoa, so you can be assured that the chocolate comes from sustainable harvesting practices as well as no child labor being involved

When you enter, both of the people working there ask if you would like a free hot chocolate. The hot chocolate is amazing, and you can always come back for more, free of charge. I loved watching a family with 3 kids come in, when the kids realized they could get free hot chocolate with whipped cream and/or marshmallows, they got so excited like it was the best Christmas gift of all. The whole place was full of free samples, you could try a sample of every product they had! (That’s a lot of samples). The staff are very friendly and love talking with customers. I highly recommend this place and will come back soon for more free hot chocolate.
