We are incredibly grateful for the care our son received from Dr. McInnes. After experiencing frustration with another provider, Dr. McInnes took the time to thoroughly review our son’s case, listen to our concerns, and act swiftly. Thanks to their expertise and prompt attention, our son was able to receive the treatment he needed without unnecessary delays. The surgery went smoothly, and the process was much quicker than anticipated. Dr. McInnes was not only professional but also compassionate, making us feel heard and supported throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Dr. McInnes to anyone in need of expert care.

How often do you visit a doctor with physical pain and are given a cure without surgery or pharmaceuticals?! Not often! Dr. Morris and his wonderful staff cured my plantar fasciitis with mechanical solutions (custom made shoe inserts) and it completely took away my pain. I am still astonished. The pain was so persistent I was convinced I would need surgery. Now I'm able to do all of my favorite physical activities without discomfort and I've even shaved significant time off my running speed. If you're experiencing this type of pain (heel/arch, burning/stabbing) the inserts you can buy at the store will not work…I tried that first. Dr. Morris spent a lot of time educating me on the physiology of feet in general and mine specifically then measured and 3D scanned them to ensure the right support was built into the custom shoe inserts. The foot education was surprisingly fascinating too. Also, their friendly office and MA staff was a huge plus. Holly took care of me during all of my appointments and one thousand percent goes the extra mile in making patients feel welcome and comfortable. The perfect degree of warm and friendly for a medical office and totally above and beyond with care and attention. She even followed up on my insurance without any prompting. Super awesome staff, excellent practice, highly highly highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Payne for diagnosis of an ankle issue; he told me that I would require some imaging, and that he would get back to me. I never heard back, so I called and left a message. He didn't return my call, and eventually, his receptionist left me a voicemail saying she would get back to me. Nobody ever did, this was over a month ago, and I still had to pay $135 for this lack of service. Significant waste of time and money, not to mention abysmal patient care.

I brought my 2.5 year old in today for an ongoing in-grown toenail issue. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience; from the people who checked us in, to the nurse, and Dr. McInnes. They went out of their way to make our son feel comfortable and I truly appreciated Dr. McInnes for making sure our son didn't feel uncomfortable at all during the visit -- he let him play with the chair, he was careful and cautious about not poking him too much. The whole experience was positive. Nothing but great things to say about our experience here.

Unprofessional receptionist. Chelsea wanted to argue with us from the moment we called to see what had happened with a pre-op appointment. She said it was “our fault” and we had missed the appointment. She said she was “too busy” to help us with rescheduling. She referred us back to the doctor at confluence health instead of helping us. She was unsympathetic and also rude and short with us when we were trying to ask what number they had called for confirmation of our appointment. I think foot and ankle should consider hiring more accommodating front desk workers. We have been trying to schedule a surgery for my father for a few months now and issues like this keep happening.

Low stars for customer service, not treatment related. I scheduled an appointment for my two month old son that suffers with ingrown toenails, one of which that got infected. It has been a problem since he was born, and we have seen his pediatrician 5+ times for it. His pediatrician ultimately recommended we see a specialist. After expressing my concerns, “Misha” just could *not* believe that a baby his age would have ingrown toenails, or have it be infected. She asked me multiple times, how it possibly could have happened, if I had taken him to the doctor, and even said that in her 15 years of experience she has NEVER heard of such a thing. She was overall extremely rude. Everybody knows that mom guilt is very real, and Miss Misha definitely did not help with that. I called to cancel the appointment, and told another receptionist about Misha, and she could not have cared less. I work in the medical field and that is not how you treat people with interesting circumstances. Especially a mother of a baby who is suffering.

Went to get a knowledgeable opinion on my toe the other day. Told them I had no insurance and was told to put 150 down at time of appointment. Doctor came in and told me it was a corn, do to my pinky toe growing funny. Doc suggested surgery to really fix. I said that ain't going to happen till I had health insurance. So suggested removing toe nail, alsaid it might help. I spend a lot of time on my feet so I thought I'd give it a try.
So after about 2 minutes with the doctor I went to lobby and waited for appointment time. After a few minutes they called me up to the desk and gave me my appointment time. All good till there. Then I'm thinking I'm getting some money back due to the visit with no real work, but no. Told me I owed another 67 bucks. I started to laugh and told them cancel that appointment for the removal of the toe nail.
During those minutes I was waiting in the lobby I researched how to fix a corn, pretty much like I thought. Soak and file off.
I felt an opinion wasn't worth 227 bucks, and didn't want to hear what actual work would cost haha. And after a few days of soaking and filling it off, it's doing much better. Who knows if I'll ever need that surgery, I doubt it. It's only my pinky toe and I can handle a little discomfort.
Long story short, if you don't have insurance I'd avoid this place. Although most of the workers were nice and the office was comfortable and big.

Thanks for the peicey opinion doc 😒

Dr. Schroeder and his team were amazing today. I really appreciate how they listened to me, validated my foot pain, and gave me lots of information and suggestions on how to support and strengthen my foot! I was blown away by their commitment to patient care - I needed a quick turnaround on some orthotics and his team was able to make the necessary adjustments within 6 hours! That's a kind of service you don't get everywhere, and I'm grateful I had Dr. Schroeder and his team taking care of me today!
