We had a great experience with our technician, Brian from Foleys, who came out to install our water filtration system. The installation itself was quick and efficient, but what really stood out was the time Brian took afterward to explain how the system works. He also walked my husband through how to reset our water softener system, which was incredibly helpful. Brian was not only knowledgeable but also extremely friendly and patient. We really appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone needing service!

Great service! We bought a house that had no water filtration on the wells. Foley's installed a whole house filtration system on our main house plus reverse osmosis drinking water in the main and guest houses. The water is now amazing for drinking and showering. I don't know why everyone with a well does not get one of these systems--it makes a huge difference. Foley's was easy to schedule with and came up with great solutions for a water system that was not straightforward. Will continue to use Foley's. In addition to the filtration, they also replaced old holding tanks that were full of rust and determined that our well pump was inefficiently working, causing high electric bills. They even figured out a way to bring water from the guest house well into the main house while the main house water was turned off for a week. Pleasure to work with Foley's

Have used Foley's for years to service our water treatment and have always found them proactive and helpful. Last night we discovered a pinhole in our well supply line. We were able to shut off well and drain pressure tank to get us through the night, and put in an call with their service asking for a call back first thing this morning as we did not need an emergency call.

As promised, we received a call from Foley's first thing (before their opening hours) and they had two technicians at our house by 8:30AM. The technicians (Connor and Chris) were polite, professional, efficient, explained everything and took pride in their work, leaving everything much better than when they arrived.

While we have been a routine maintenance customer for years, it is nice to know that Foley's can deliver in an emergency.

Wonderful experience with Foley's Replaced water line from well to house. This required digging a 3.6 foot deep trench including across an asphalt driveway. It was accomplished in two days with a minimum of down time. The workers were professional and extremely hard working. Cleanup was amazing with new grass seed to replace hat was removed. You would never know that there was a "Grand Canyon" across my driveway and front lawn. I even received a senior discount.

Foleys is super responsive. I had 3 major issues with the well pump, the lines to the storage tank and the tank itself. Francis fixed it all and very timely. I recommend his work and the people at foley cut me a break given I had so much to replace.

Based only on it's external appearance, the date when it had been installed and without doing any diagnostics, the tech from Foley's declared the pump in my septic pump chamber dead and quoted $2500 as the cost to replace it. I told him, at that price, I'd need a quote from another vendor. Rick's Water Service actually tested the pump and told me that it appeared that the problem was electrical. They did the repair for less than $500. Granted the pump is old and likely on borrowed time, but, for now, it works fine and I prefer that the $2000 difference be in my account and not Foley's. When the time comes to replace the pump, Rick's will get the gig.
