Greetings,
I just purchased an FNX-9 that came with a major issue in its frame product quality where the front rail system move back and forth about 1 mm minimum.
When CS contacted, they proclaimed (Devin) not to support the product because I am the second owner.
I am a Browning guy and proud of it. Is that the FN customer support mandate and product quality when it come to defect in design or production?
I have two FNP-9 that do not exhibit such a wide slack.
Someone up there needs to help Devin sort this out.

An update:

After taking the suspect rails off, I determined a whole 1 mm gap exists between the rails and the frame placement.
I used 1 mm washers machined to fit and fill the 1 mm gap.
See it in the attached pic.
There must be issues with their assembly line as well as quality inspection of finished goods.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from FN due to my personal negative experience. Despite making a purchase and being eligible for a rebate, I never received the promised rebate check. After numerous attempts to contact FN regarding this matter, they consistently avoided providing any meaningful assistance, leaving me frustrated and betrayed. It is evident that FN engaged in deceptive practices, luring customers with promises of rebates but failing to follow through with their obligations. This issue escalated to the point where I had to report the company to the Attorney General and file a formal complaint with the FTC. Given this clear case of bait and never mail out, it is prudent to avoid any business dealings with FN to prevent potential disappointment and loss.

Purchased a new FNX 45 Tactical at a local gun shop. After getting the new pistol home I did a break down for the first cleaning. Noticed a lot of marking on the slide and barrel. I called and asked why the gun looked so beat up and was told to send photos. I sent the photos in and was told that it was normal and from test firing the weapon. I understand test fires but I have pistols that cost less than half the price of this one with thousands of rounds through them that are in better shape. Totally unacceptable for such a high end pistol, especially at that price point. Wish they would at least attempt to make it right. I purchased their pistol at brand new sticker price and recieved a highly used weapon. NOT COOL FN!
