Brittany H - she did an amazing job helping us set up. Our card reader And she is always available. In case we have any problems. We can just call her and she will show up for any concerns we have. But everything has been. Amazing so far - Tattoo Cartel

Excellent customer service from Chelsea. I would recommend her to anyone I know . She’s the best at what she does ! ** Update !! I get charged almost 30% of the revenue I bring in this place is a HUGE rip off. You are told you will get charged a 3% fee but even if you don’t process you get charged over 300$ a month !! Absolutely ensane do not use this company

This is a scam company. They said the processing rate is 2.07% after the $65 monthly fee. Every month is around 2.31%. The worst scam is when they had another company name riverside charger me $189 for 3 weeks and $9.95 for the last week within the month. After I call in to ask, FM payment told me they only refund the last 90 days which they still stole from me $3526.75. Please don't ever get service from this scam company. You said you are not Riverside but when I contact Riverside your FM payment got the information in seconds and also your company said the same thing as Riverside word to word. How would Riverside got my bank information from you? I am sure never give Riverside my bank information.

Gina Sloan was the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She stayed hours to help get details from Merchant One. She was knowledgeable patient and kind. She knew the product she sold me very well. I appreciate all that she has done to switch from one pos system to hers. She is a big asset for the company she represents . There aren’t enough stars to mark that she did a great job.
