RUN!!! Worst service ever! Zero stars! Trust all the bad reviews. I made the mistake of not reading them first. They installed a new pool wrong and it collapsed. Then he tried to blame me. Umm…you installed it Corky, not me. I laughed so hard I couldn’t believe he was serious, but he was. The next day he called and blamed me again, this time by saying I filled it too fast. With one garden hose? Ok pal. Should I spit in it to fill it? Thank god I didn’t hire a truck to deliver the water. Imagine that mess?! They didn’t follow manufacturer’s instructions nor clipped in the supports properly. Chopsticks would’ve held it up better. Like everyone says he sends his nephew who isn’t a bad guy to be honest. The back and forth phone game is accurate as well. He doesn’t even live here. He lives down south (North Carolina I think) and scams from there. I assume to pretend he can hide from lawsuits and/or embarrassment. After I asked when he was going to fix it he said it would cost me again. I laughingly said no so he said he wouldn’t fix it and hung up on me…Ya know, like a professional. Then called me later the same day (genius level I.Q.) and when I said my name he must have realized and hung up immediately. He doesn’t even know the jobs he’s doing. Nor does he accept anything but cash. I’m sure the IRS would have some interest. Hire Zach’s pools. Pleasure to deal with and they were $300 cheaper.

I was worried about my pool getting installed after reading some of the reviews, and the initial conversation with Bob. The installers where professional the day of installation. To top that off I was warned about paying additional money for leveling and I didn't have to pay anything additional.

The greatest experience I've had with a contractor in a while!! Highly recommended.

I purchased a pool and hired what I thought was a professional pool installer. After the initial installation my new pool collapsed when the water was being delivered. Mr. Florio claimed it was the liner and not the installer after I told him I stopped payment on the check and we went ahead and ordered a new liner. The pool installer that worked for him came back, denied that it was an installation problem (pool is not leveled correctly) put the new liner in and after two days of our 600.00 water delivery the liner ripped and we lost additional money. I can’t begin to tell you how much money we lost with these people but I am going to seek restitution for my money lost. They are irresponsible, do not honor their work, and are unprofessional. I now have a damaged pool and have to start over with no help from this contractor.

If I could give Bob a worse review on here I would.
I contacted him in February about installing a new pool. I purchased the pool and then things turned bad. No one would show up when he said they were going to. After a week of calling his nephew finally showed up unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon. Said he’d return Monday and didn’t. Every follow up call Bob was dismissive and said he can’t get ahold of his nephew due to “poor cell phone reception”. Do not waste your time or money with this fool.

My experience with this company was terrible. In my opinion they do not use industry standards or stand by their work. They used a carpenters level to install and level my new pool. The pool was about two full inches off level after they left. When I called to complain they came back out and blamed “the rain”. They re-leveled the out of level pool (again using a carpenters level). This time the pool was an inch off level. Before they left this time I took out a transit (what they should be using to level a pool and what most reputable contractors use these days) and pointed out that it was still off level, the owners nephew scoffed and drove away insisting it was level. The pool has been fixed by another contractor and I will be seeking restitution for the bad install and subsequent expenses to remedy it.

This company is probably the worst business I have ever dealt with. In the past it cost me an arm and a leg to have a smaller pool istalled. Now I am looking to upgrade and this guy is giving me a song and a dance. Excuses, after excuses. For weeks we've called Florio to install a pool and in return he's rude, disgusting, and vile with his response to simple questions. I don't understand why he is still in business with this type of customer service. I am glad to take my business elsewhere. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

We had this company repair our pool after the liner blew and took some of the earth with it. After a month of use there is already a pocket of earth missing again, it's only a matter of time before this liner blows too. We called the owner, and he tried to blame it on Naamco, and then the guy who delivered the water. Not the least interested in even looking at it. Would not recommend!

I was worried based on the previous negative reviews but my experience was the total opposite of what I read. Our pool was installed quickly and professionally. The guys couldn’t have been nicer. Arrived at 6:30am on the day they said and were done with precision and speed. Thanks to the Florio crew for making our summer!
