Disappointing Experience at Flagship:
I recently visited [flagship car wash] at Vienna and paid for ultimate full service, expecting a thorough job. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of my expectations.
While the exterior was somewhat cleaned, it wasnāt done to the standard Iād hoped for. The interior, however, was even more disappointingāit was clear that very little effort was put into cleaning it. To make matters worse, the trunk was completely ignored, even though it was part of the service I paid for.
For the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of care and attention to detail. Itās frustrating to leave a car wash feeling like my time and money were wasted. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their services in the future. Until then, Iāll be looking for a more reliable car wash.

I wanted to share my recent experiences at Flagship Car Wash in Vienna, VA. Unfortunately, I have had some serious concerns that I feel are important to communicate.
While I initially chose this car wash for its convenience and reputation, I have now experienced two separate occasions where my car was washed but also sustained damage during the process. My vehicle is garage-kept and generally well-maintained, so it was disappointing to see damage arise after leaving the wash.
In addition, I've noticed that every time I visit, there are no signs that they clean the brushes in the washing machine. It's concerning that a business that is getting paid to clean vehicles would neglect to maintain the very equipment that does the cleaning. This lack of upkeep raises questions about their commitment to quality service.
They utilize a brush system known to potentially damage vehicles, which I find to be a poor business decision. It seems illogical to build a new car wash in a prominent area using technology that has a reputation for causing damage, especially without taking additional steps to ensure customer vehicles are protected. This indicates a clear disregard for customer satisfaction, prioritizing the quantity of customers served over the quality of work and care provided.
Therefore, I will no longer be using Flagship Car Wash. Furthermore, I intend to educate others about my negative experiences and the reported business practices of this establishment. My goal is to help prevent others from experiencing similar damage to their vehicles.

The car wash itself does a fantastic job! My car always comes out looking spotless, and I appreciate the quality of their services. However, my experience was marred by the behavior of one of the employees.
I noticed that one of the employees consistently parks his own car in the line, which completely blocks access to the membership lane. This has caused significant traffic issues, making it frustrating for customers trying to get in and out. It feels inconsiderate, especially when the rest of the staff is so friendly and attentive.
While I love the wash quality, I hope the management can address this issue to improve the overall experience. If not for the traffic chaos, this would easily be a five-star review!

Terrible Experience ā They Ruined My ceramic Tinted Windshield and Blamed Me!
I took my car to Flagship Car Wash, expecting a professional service, but instead, I walked away with a damaged tinted windshield and no accountability from their staff. They applied their own sticker on my windshield during a previous visit, and this time, when removing it, they decided to use a razor bladeāyes, a razor blade! Unsurprisingly, this scratched and ruined my expensive tint.
When I confronted them, instead of owning up to their mistake, they tried to shift the blame onto me, claiming I didnāt inform them my windshield was tinted. Let me clarify: itās not the customerās responsibility to teach a car wash staff basic knowledge about car tints and proper procedures. As a professional car wash, they should have known better than to use a razor on any window, tinted or not. My WHOLE CAR IS Tinted!! 5% itās very obvious that I have a tinted windows!
Their lack of professionalism and refusal to take responsibility is appalling. I now have to spend money to fix their mistake while they walk away without consequences. If you care about your car, avoid this place at all costs. Theyāll damage your vehicle and gaslight you into thinking itās your fault. Absolute disgrace!

Be Forewarned! If you value your car, do NOT go to Flagship! My side mirror was torn off going through the wash. Iāve spent many hours trying to have them own up to it. I filed a claim with them & also asked for security footage to show my mirror was perfect before. I also talked to the guy where you pay-would he have let. Me go through if my mirror was damaged. The said they āwent thru footage, my mirror had a āgapā in it before I went through, & they would not help in any way.ā When I asked to see the footage, knowing this was a lie, they cut off all communication. Iāve tried to call, text & have gone over to the location-all to no avail. Ironically, what Flagship did not know is that right before I went to them, I went to a bodyshop for a small scratch on opposite side of car. They took photos of my entire car. They sent me the picture of my mirror which of course shows itās in perfect condition (see 4th photo). When I went back & told the bodyshop the carwash did this, the estimator said āthey keep us in business & only 1x in my 13 yrs have they taken responsibility.ā A former employee was visiting when I went back to Flagship. When they heard me talking to the manager, he told me ācars get damaged a lot here.ā And that from from someone who worked there! Be smart & do NOT take your car there. $1600 to fix my car!
I will now take my case to WJLA-DC to ā7 On Your Sideā so they can report on this corrupt business.

Really taken back in the job done by the flagship. We just paid $44 for the inside and out and the floor mats were done thatās it. Had to go back in and spend another 20 minutes making sure everything got cleaned. As time goes by the quality keeps going down. Used to love this location

I have hesitated to post a review-I have called about the quality not the car washes received but no improvements so therefore hopefully this review will institute better service. I have the unlimited flagship full service option-paying $75 per month and when I leave my car is NOT clean. The rims are not cleaned, there are obvious missed areas that are not cleaned and smudges still on the car after beingāwiped and detailedā the lights in the wash give the illusion your car is cleaned but when I get home it is obvious the car is not clean-worth of a $44 car wash. Please please address this issue-right now the convenience is not outweighing the price-(please note the photos are from today and the last visit about 2 weeks ago right after leaving the wash)
