I recently purchased a 2025 RAM RHO from Mark Fitzpatrick here and it was one of if not the best vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Mark was great. He helped me every step of the way. He was always there to answer questions or keep me updated on my order which was no easy task. I ordered a 2025 RAM RHO in the beginning of September 2024 and didn’t take delivery until January of 2025. Mark knew how anxious I was to get my new truck and made the delivery happen the day they received the truck. Top notch all the way. If you’re in the market for a Mopar product this is the place to go. Great service, great price and great people.

I am by no means an old man that has experienced everything, but I have bought 8 or 9 vehicles in my time. I've never had as fun of an experience buying a vehicle as I did with this team. I visited the dealership three times before driving off in my new Grand Cherokee L, and at every visit witnessed customers leaving with a smile on their faces in a new vehicle. Mark was terrific throughout the whole experience, and the finishing touch was Peter making the dozens of signatures and initials quite comical and comfortable. Would highly recommend this dealership, and will not go anywhere else in the future!

We own a 2019 Jeep. We've gone to Fitzpatrick numerous times for service. The female intake lady(Tracy I think) in service was always very professional and friendly. s I've noticed a shift since she left, didn't put too much thought into it until our recently scheduled service. My wife was instructed to drop the vehicle off at 1pm for service. We both took off early so
I could pick her up and leave the vehicle. My wife was called about a half hour later to be told these repairs would require an early morning appointment as the repairs would require half a day. The service manager said my wife misunderstood the "scheduler". She did not

Bought a brand new 21 ram laramie with extended warranty from them. Salesperson was fantastic as was the process of buying the truck. This morning my truck wouldn't recognize key fobs. Called 3 times with no answer. Gave them benefit of the doubt and stopped by. The guy at the counter (didn't get his name) was rude and offered no help in the matter or advise. Told me if I could get it towed there that he would not be able to help for a week and a half at best. He would not tell me if the warranty would cover this problem or even be bothered to look it up. I understand that dealers get busy but the attitude of not wanting to be bothered is very off putting and I will not be using their service department.
