Was referred here by a local friend for some meats. We were looking specifically for ground lamb. We called ahead of time and spoke with Leah a new hire who was super personable and friendly. She let us know they had some so we made a trip out there and sure enough they brought it out. The stores selection was good and they had a variety. I bought some jerky sticks as well looking forward to trying them soon.

I brought a late season cow elk in on a Sunday Dec 1st. Fitch Ranch Artisan Meat Co. Is not open on Sundays, however they have a after hours line for hunters and they were more than accommodating to take in my animal for processing. I feel they are doing me a huge favor taking time to drive in and help me on their day off. That says a lot. I live in Minnesota and flew home on Dec 3rd. I made arrangements with Shevonise just a wonderful worker at Fitch Ranch when i got home. They package everything, i paid my own shipping and emailed them the overnight labels. I had all of my elk Friday Dec 6th and i could not have been happier. Everything was exactly as discussed. No surprises. Just a wonderful transaction from start to finish and i had my elk across the country in less than a week. Needless to say i would recommend this business to anyone. Thank you very much. I will be back!!! Also, side note....... the jalapeno bacon is a family favorite that i always bring some back with me to MN. It is the best!!!

Don't come here with 53 feet trailer. No dock, trailer to trailer. +10 hours to get loaded and you have to help them to get loaded. No detention paid !

We previously used Brother's for processing bulk amounts of beef. When it sold, we attempted to keep our business here and the woman in charge, changed the butcher date for 19 head of beef 3 different times. I took my beef elsewhere and she refused to give me a refund for the deposit I made to hold the date that she in fact moved three different times. I will never attempt to business with them again.

This is quite possibly the worst processor on the western slope, I brought my antelope buck in last season and asked it be processed and about 5 pounds of sausage made, 426 dollars later and 36 1 pound sticks of terrible tasting sausage later, I’m stuck with it because I can’t even give it away it tastes so bad, not to mention the picture below is how they cut up a back strap, I’ve never seen suck poor processing and lack of pride in work, I’d recommend anyone but here

We have used Fitch Artisan meats to process our pigs many times since they purchased the business. The staff has always been friendly. The quality of processing has been fantastic and their curing and value added services are the best in the region. If we have ever had an issue, they have been quick to fix the problem. Beautiful fresh beef as well as a frozen selection of anything you may want. Never disappointed with my purchase. Also, better quality AND prices than the grocery stores. Make it a point to visit, you'll be happy you did!
