The staff at First District Water have been awesome! Never had any delivery issues or customer service problems what so ever and they have a great billing department which has been very fair to me over the last 20 years of service.

This is the second day I have been without water with NO notice. I called and left a message with the manager of the project after the first day and received no call back. There was no notice left at my house for either incident. Shame on them.

Tried calling 10 plus times Oct 17 2016 with zero answers between the hours of 12 Noon and 1 PM. Bureaucracy? Maybe all 3 of the customer service reps shouldn't take lunch at the exact same time - or list this when calling. M-F Hours of operation 8 AM- 4:30 PM with the exception of 12 noon - 1 PM.
