Halfway through our 7 hour road trip to the beach, we got a “transmission too hot” warning on our Honda Pilot. It’s a Sunday so service options are pretty limited. We called and received fantastic over-the-phone advice, and then stopped for a once over and fluid level check.

Today was my 3rd trip to repair my front end. Each time, I was told different problems. Now $2200.00 later, my front end still vibrates when I drive. Tomorrow I'm returning to the same store and demanding an end to this fiasco. Now it needs a wheel balance. Why didn't the technician do the whole job instead of some of the needed work. I was there, waiting in the lobby. They could have said something. But no, I drive off and discover the vibration on the freeway. This is NOT good service!!!

Because when I picked my car up I noticed the whoever worked on it left my car inside a damn mess. There was oil stains on the door handles, the dashboard and what really a major disappointment is the damages that was done to my driver’s side floorboard. The floor mat was completely torn out I cannot secure my floor mats and the mechanic left the floorboards dirty!!!’

I can't say enough about this Firestone location! We had car trouble on our way to the beach and we had to leave our Jeep at their shop. Dennis was so caring and helpful for us, he kept us updated on our Jeep while on vacation. This place is a step above and highly recommend!!!

I had serious car trouble headed on my vacation and Firestone in Prattville AL saved me. Dennis explained my issue and fixed my car in under 2 hours. You just don’t see that kind of customer service anymore. He even called me the next day to make sure I reached my destination. So thankful!
