Horrible customer service!
Terrible wait time unless you have an appointment they load all appointments first even if you were there and unstrapped before everyone else.

Called & checked in before 6am they still took their time, after I get pulled in they make me sit for another hour before unloading me.

Hate places like these that don’t care about truck drivers time, instead they waste it like we don’t have no where else to be! Going on 11am just now getting ready to leave, way to waste someone’s morning!

I had nothing but a horrible experience delivering here. I got woke up at 0500 by some guy asking me to move my truck from the "employee parking lot". I wasn't in their parking lot, but beside it. I went in to check in at 0600 hoping they would at least get me in early since I'm already up and at it. Turns out, their appointment times are strict and they don't start unloading until closer to 0800. I was pretty upset, but I have to play by their rules, so I obliged. Then, my 1030 appointment rolls around and right on schedule some more time wasting bull**** happens. They only have one forklift they use to unload at doors 1 and 2, and it was broke down. Eventually, they got it back in action. It's about 1330 now and I just got empty. SOME SIMPLE SUGGESTIONS for the plant manager: 1. Place more no parking signs in areas you don't want big trucks to park. 2. Start unloading/loading sooner and... 4. Switch to a first come, first serve delivery order... It sounds risky, but trust me, drivers prefer it that way 3. BUY MORE THAN ONE FORKLIFT. Redundancy saves lives, and time. I'm sure things usually run smoother than they have for me today. However, I'm not impressed and next time I get offered a load coming here, I'll respectively decline.

They load you quickly get there before or after lunch because the whole staff breaks fir it. So you'll have to wait. Yiu can take your break there if needed.

Actually I didn't go to Firestone, I went to Clark Diedrick which is in the same place.
Good bunch of guys working there. Load you up fast, friendly, and know what they're doing.
