This place is the best! They had our back when another dealer took advantage of us. They performed a flawless install and delivery! They sell only the best pellets for your stove. Extremely knowledgeable and always transparent! Every person we have interact with is helpful and pleasant! Harman Absolute 63 is a BEAST! We burn almost no oil now!

Scott with Fireside Supply today serviced 2 of our fireplace inserts and 1 ventless fireplace. One of them was running fine until it backfired and extinguished both the flame and the pilot. Rather than relighting it, I thought it wiser to first have it checked out. Scott suspecting the propane pressure to be low; using a manometer he checked and discovered that it was indeed low... only 8" when ideally it should be ~11. He located the dual system regulators, increased the pressure in stages, thoroughly cleaned the unit, replaced the logs, installed new rock wool and fussed with its placement. He obviously has years of experience but just as importantly, he did it all in a friendly, thorough, efficient and very professional manner. All this at a surprisingly reasonable price. Great service experience...like the old days!

Scott did an amazing job, making our gas fireplace, work better than new. Apparently the person who owned the condo before us never used the fireplace. There was still packing materials up inside the flu. Scot cleared and cleaned everything, so now it’s working perfectly. Thanks Scott what a great asset you are to your company and its customers.

Recently had Fireside clean the pellet stove in my home. The tech, Apache, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and treated my home with the utmost care, placing a mat down to avoid scratching the floor, running the vac outside prior to cleaning to avoid any dust and taking the time to carefully inspect the stove and chimney, while explaining the stove operation to me (never owned a pellet stove prior to this). Great, pleasant tech and service. I need to have a new door gasket installed and will be calling Fireside to do the work. Very pleased with their service!

We are very happy with our wood burning insert that was installed by Fireside. After the first season, we had an issue with fully engaging the bypass for the catalyst, and one of Fireside's techs came out, diagnosed the issue, showed me how to replace the part, and ordered a new part under warranty. Great to see a local business that stands behind their work and the products they sell.
