I should add more than just stars: Everyone who works here is friendly, extremely helpful, and always provides a great experience. That kind of culture only comes from the top down. Kudos to the owners! Only ever met Allen, but great guy and asset to the community. One of the first times I met him, he just up and walked us down the street to a potential location he had come to mind for another biz. Great selection of quality products. 100% recommend and urge everyone to support them!

Stopped in at the Firehouse Pet Shop for the very first time today. This place has everything a pet would need. We used the self wash spa which is an amazing resource to have your pet cleaned up. Reasonable pricing and a great selection from shampoos, deodorants, cologne etc.
This is a must try high recommended and a great environment for you and your pet.

The staff here are just incredible!
There are before-hours appts for self-wash, and I took my super obnoxious doggos in this morning - they howled, escaped, ran amok thru the store, stole merchandise! and were generally the most ungoodest kids.
Staff were kind and patient and caring and so super helpful - they helped wrestle the big boy into the tub, checked on us several times, and even asked if I was OK (super stressed+allergic! :|)

I LOOOVE this store! They have everything you need and more— you have to stop in even if you’re just driving through like I was! The owners are the nicest people and so are their staff. The self wash was easy to use, and my dog looooves the toy I bought him! I’ll come back every time I’m in Wenatchee 😍

What a great place! We spent the weekend in Wenatchee and our pup got really dirty. Firehouse has a self-service dog wash and it was perfect! The staff here are so friendly and if we are ever in Wenatchee again, we will be sure to visit. Definitely the place the checkout for your pet needs! (Please feel free to use the photos!)

Came in here to just get a couple cat toys for our new kitty we adopted. The staff here let us know we would get a welcome home package for the kitty for free. Every single person who helped us in here was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to give you the correct information. Everyone here really does want to help you and your animals. First time here and would have to say some of the best customer service I have experienced in a good minute. This is a our new stop for our cat needs, there is a reason this place is liked by so many.
