Being a novice at purchasing a range, I ordered the incorrect one. I tried extremely hard to exchange it for the correct one, even offering to pay a restocking fee or to take a penalty to make this work. The reason I went with Ferrari's appliances was because of their great reviews and to support a local business. Very disappointed they were unable to work with me to make a happy customer. I will now have to sell this on my own, which is very difficult for a disabled person and purchase a new stove from a different dealer.

Good salespeople, but several hiccups in the process.

We came in over the weekend and booked an installation for later in the week at 10-11.

We received a call the day of, and were told that a time for our delivery window hadn't been written down. This resulted in a new window from 11-1.

We received a call at 12:55 that they were running late and would arrive by 3.

Eventually, the installers came, said everything would be "cake," and installed the wrong hoses without telling us, but while talking to each other about someone taking stuff off their truck.

Luckily, we noticed and called. They had the correct hose at the store and immediately sent it over. However, I was told that sometimes they install the plastic hoses and come back later with the stainless steel hoses. I don't understand why no one disclosed that it was the wrong hose, as I paid more money for stainless steel hoses.

I know this may have been a bad day or an unusual experience, but this was my first experience here. I left the store thinking it was great! No one tried to upsell me, dates were set, everything was paid, etc.

Delivery day was such a headache and we were fortunate that one of us is always home, otherwise these hiccups would have significantly impacted our work schedules (it still effected mine a bit).

First time using Ferrari's Appliance. When I called to make the appointment for service they asked me what the issue was and the model number of my stove. Repair man knew exactly what was causing the problem and brought the new part with him! Fixed in no time!

Excellent, friendly customer service. Jenn was fantastic helping us set up an appointment for service and providing us with new product information in case our dryer was not fixable. We are in the midst of a kitchen renovation and purchased new appliances from Ferrari's. We have been extremely pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable staff there. Both Jen and Desiree provided top notch advice and processed our orders promptly. The two gentlemen who delivered the appliances called us first, then arrived on time, and they were both friendly and very helpful. Though we didn't have the appliances installed by Ferrari's (our kitchen isn't ready yet) the guys brought the machines inside and helped us with unpacking and trash disposal. They also provided some tips and suggested we call back at any time if questions or issues arose.

Bottom line: The Ferrari's team was very focused on our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to buy appliances from Ferrari's in the future.
