The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they explained their process to someone (me) who is used to buying meat from the grocery store. We got a meat package and the roast was huge and it was really good. The hamburger we got from there had a very high fat content. Maybe 75/25 there was a lot of grease.
The staff here are great, and i think it's really nice they offer bundles like this. Definitely beats paying the grocery store prices
