I bought a gas fired hot water heater from them last year. It broke down on a Friday night. Thank goodness they were open on Saturday morning. They did not have my exact model but they were very helpful in allowing me to take parts from a new one so I could get running again. I don't know if this is company policy to do this but I can't say how grateful I was that it was allowed. We have a company where the water heater function was critical. They helped me see that it got repaired in a timely basis. I will forever remember the courtesy of the employees of this company in authorizing me and even lending me a tool to take off the part I needed.

I was looking for a very specific pipe, and they ended up not having it. BUT, the gal helping me was super nice, and went all the way out to the yard to look directly at the pipe to see if it met my specs. Further, she recommended a place that might have it when she found out they didn't have what I needed.
