Update: Ace Hardware is where I ended up getting helped and in stock at HALF THE PRICE: of Ferguson. All times I've tried buying supply parts here I've either been sent away to another place or treated as if my needs from Ferguson's isn't important. Do yourself a favor and avoid Ferguson in Colorado. Other states the Ferguson's have treated me with the customer service I expect,, except here, they are short with answers and quick to end calls. Will not return/call here for parts again.. just a waste of time dealing with this branch.

Very disappointing experience. I was sent here by my guy at Tru Value. They didn’t have the part I needed — a shower head aerator/washer — but he assured me Ferguson would, and they’d be great to work with. I arrived at the store upbeat and smiley, and said I’d been sent by Tru Value. I was approached by an employee named Tosh who immediately started peppering me with questions, “who sent you? What’s his name? Did he work here? How does he know?” He must have seen the confused look on his face and said, “I’m just kidding.” It went downhill from there. He was spacey the whole time, muttering to himself. He asked me the same questions multiple times. He wandered around looking for the part but not finding anything. Then he suggests we jury-rig the part using different pieces. I’m looking at the various products he’s showing me, very doubtful his idea will work. I said “whatever you think, but I want you to put it in the shower head to make sure it fits and works.” “Oh no!” he explains. “I’m not allowed to install anything. It’s policy.” At this point I know I’m in trouble and need to get out of there. Before I do, I approach the only other employee around and ask, “is that correct? He’s not allowed to drop this aerator in my shower head?” He replies, “I have no idea…..I’m new here.”

Certainly not the experience I hoped to have by driving way out of my way to go to a specialty store. And I called my Tru Value guy back, told him about the experience, and suggested he think twice before sending customers to Ferguson.

Purchased a nice range from them, but there were so many problems getting it delivered and installed. Many communication and scheduling issues. Continually tried speaking with managers, but none would return phone calls. Nice appliances but customer service is severely lacking.

I have been going through a kitchen, flooring and bath remodel for a few weeks now. Because I was concerned about supply chain issues, all appliances were ordered many weeks in advance. My island downdraft vent that was supposed to be coming from the big box store with the orange label just kept getting delayed with no end in site. I even spoke with Whirlpool to find out if they could locate another unit and they said no.

My contractor called his supplier (Ferguson) and they advised that they had one in stock and I could come down and get it. I spoke with the sales guy and provided my credit card and then jumped in the car to go down to pick it up. Once there I waited what seemed like a long time at the loading doc. After a bit, a nice guy came over to tell me the item wasn't where they expected it to be and they were looking for it. After my struggles with both the big box store and the manufacturer I was preparing myself for yet another disappointment and delay. After a bit longer the nice guy came back and said they must not have the item but they would upgrade me at not charge to a different downdraft that they had in stock and I could take it home right then.

I think it is well known that Whirlpool is the manufacturer for a bunch of familiar brand names and the price goes up as the cache of the name goes up, but the items are identical save for the branding badge. That is what I went home with. The exact specs and dimensions I needed but with a fancier brand name. Thank you, Ferguson, for doing the right thing to make your customer happy. I will ALWAYS recommend your store for your employee empowerment and your customer service.

Although they didn't have the furnace ignitor I needed the gentleman at the sales counter took the time to research the part I needed and where I could find it. Super friendly service!

Place ain't what it used to be has gone down quite a bit services sometimes they have what you need parts and sometimes they don't have the fittings you need and kind of rude last couple times I've been there, they don't know when they'll get parts in. Went over to the appliance side of the outfit to get information on a coffee maker , the guy didn't have time to get the information I neede and he's got my email and said he get back with me , how long do you think you have to wait to find out about a month service basically stinks it's a shame they have gone downhill
