Absolutely horrible.... They kept trying to deliver a package with the correct address on it at a separate address and said well no one was there. I called in multiple times. They could not give me an answer as to why the package was being delivered to another address even though it clearly says the correct address on the package and that they guaranteed delivery on Monday never came. Then on Tuesday it got sent back to the shipper. I called them in again and they said well. We tried to deliver it multiple times. No you didn't. You never tried once. They never gave me an explanation why it was not delivered to the address that was on the package

I paid to have a package overnight. I had a deadline to meet and Terry one of the drivers didn't even get out the car or ring the doorbell to deliver my package. They took a picture of the house claiming the attempted to deliver. My mother and daughter were there waiting all morning for this delivery for them to drive up snap a photo and lie about attempting to deliver a package that requires signature. They said they would have Terry redeliver by 4:30 today and it 4 pm so far no Terry. I paid for my package to be delivered before 12 pm Terry shows up at 12:31 pm no knock or doorbell rang snapped a picture and left. Terry did not even show up on the ring camera which means Terry didn't get out of the truck. How inconvenient. Now I have to drive to Windsor Locks and pick it up which has detoured me from meeting my deadline. Terry was lazy. I'm frustrated, infuriated, and disappointed in Fed Ex. Terry needs to do better. You get paid for your work lazy.

Expected a package on Thursday. It said all day that my package was out for delivery. Waited all night to finally get a notification that "due to security restrictions, they could not deliver my package"... I live in a residential house. There are no security restrictions here. Called customer support - they said they were putting in a note stating there were no security restrictions at my house and go attempt re delivery. Now it is Monday and my package shows out for delivery again! Yay! 7:00 at night i get a notification that "business is closed and could not deliver". Now I'm TICKED off. I call customer service AGAIN and tell them I LIVE IN A RESIDENTIAL HOUSE. Why is it saying they tried to deliver to a business. Im so beyond frustrated. It's now 5 days after my package was supposed to be delivered, and I still don't have it!!!

I should start with the one person who did make a difference, Freddy. The drivers for this so called company are disgusting, more than once (5 times to be exact) the drivers have not left my package or packages, and guess what no signature required and then they say I tried to deliver but no one was home, liars. This costs my vendors hundreds of dollars and my time which is very important to me, the incompetence of these drivers is embarrassing, that's all you have to do is deliver a package to an address that is confirmed, and the laziness of these drivers is unprofessional.
Like I said the only good thing that happened is I met Freddy at the location and he did what he said he was going to do. So thank you Freddy P.

Update 05/06/24
The people here are truly amazing. I dropped off an envelope in the morning but forgot to put a document in. Called customer care, opened a case and went to the store. The ladies helped me find my envelope, let me add documents, repack, and ship without needing another visit. I visited at 8pm and by 8:30 I was out the door.

It was a quick and easy visit. The staff was helpful and courteous. I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews.

Driver states they delivered my package and someone signed for it. Nobody signed for it, it was not delivered to my home and they have yet to respond to me after nearly a week as to what happened. The driver needs to be fired and FedEx held accountable for their failure whether that be legal action or otherwise.

Absolutely ridiculous Company for Customer service which is ZERO!
I received a message to call back to give times for delivery. The pathetic phone program doesn't have that option and runs you in circles. You can ask for a representative multiple times all you want yet the program is designed to refuse your request unless you give tracking number or door tag and will even end the call asking you to call back with the tracking number that gets you nowhere.
When you give that info you still do not get a person , just a recording of where order is in route YET still no way to talk to a person.
I would suggest camping out by your phone so you don't miss the call from an actual person requesting the info you can't give through the
I would also highly suggest finding someone/anyone else besides FED EX. for your deliveries.

The only reason I even gave them 1 star is you have to if you want to post. NO STARS!

My package shipped from this location was delivered somewhere other than my address. So called customer service told me that they/FedEx weren't the ones who delivered it (?). What is going on here?
