FCP has been my go to for parts and maintenance products for all my BMWs. The prices are always more than fair and shipping times are very reasonable. The obvious lifetime warranty on everything is a massive bonus. You won’t be disappointed when purchasing anything from FCP.

Everything is open and damaged!

Cannot be blamed on UPS the outer boxes didn’t have any damage to them. Also each box was stuffed with protective paper and bubble wrap, this didn’t matter because whom ever sent these boxes out didn’t even care to properly package their own product right from FCP…

I've ordered a few times from FCP Euro for a Mercedes SUV. I've never had issues prior to recently when I ordered a set of brake rotors and pads. The website indicated for my specific make/model I needed to order a certain set, which I did. The installers informed me it was the wrong set, then verified the correct part number. I reached out to FCP Euro and they said that the return shipping is on me... well rotors are really heavy and shipping would have been $250, when the entire set cost only $500. So returning the incorrect brake set made no sense. Fortunately FCP Euro provided a "gesture of kindness" by providing a return shipping label.. I was under the impression this never happens or would never happen again!!!? So BEWARE, FCP Euro doesn't always indicate the correct parts, and if they're heavy it won't be worth it to return them and you'll be stuck with parts that don't work for your application. Triple check part numbers on the forums and across the web to ensure FCP Euro isn't leading you astray.

I’ve used FCP Euro on a handful of VW builds I’ve had over the years and they’re a great place. Quick help from their customer support team ensures I’m getting the right parts I need in a timely fashion. They may not have every piece I’m looking for but when they do, it’s been good quality parts at a decent price

purchased many times in the past, and everything used to go well, more or less. until recently. like many i have troubles with my order.
they didn't process it after i made a payment for a week. now almost 2 weeks in and no money, no parts. customer support is tragic. this Julia just copy-pastes everything, no answers, tells me someone will email me and leaves chat, a guy does email me, also does not provide any info on the order, so yeah, that was useless.

the most annoying part is that, i ordered some oils and filters regular maintenance items, not some crazy specific special order parts....

do yourself a favor, order elsewhere, save some time and nerves.

Update.
So i did get some money back, just as they said. That is a nice gesture, but it's way too late. Something like that should be proposed while still chatting with support, this review might never be here. Anyway, eventually parts arrived as well. Waaaaaay to late of course, but they came in. After opening the box i was greeted with gasket bent to 90 degree angle, (these are metal with molded rubber and are useless when two parts separate) so that's awesome, shout out to packing team... I didn't even bother to report this, easier to get things locally for few extra bucks.
So yeah. Taking a break from buying here anyway. They have to figure out their game.

3 months later, i need parts again. i decide to give them 1 more chance. same story all again. i am moving to another source for my car part needs.....

I have been a customer for about 10 years. My first order was on 3/17/2015. This company was great for a while but the way they conduct business went down the drain recently, here is why I say that from my personal experience:
1. I don't trust the product reviews on their website. I purchased parts that were very bad (a radiator hose). The hose was not a good fit. It leaked and I had to go to the dealership and buy an OEM hose to get my car to be drivable again. I tried adding a review about that hose, FCP will delete my review. I tried re-adding it multiple times, but they will always delete it. The review was 1 star. The review was professional and only about that product. If they delete bad reviews of products, how will I trust the reviews on their website!
2. In the past they had a very nice return policy where you could return any part for a refund within a year. Also, after a year they will return it for store credit. They changed their policy without any notice. They will accept they return only within 3 months of purchase. They won't accept any return after that.
3. Their life time warranty is very tricky now. They are asking you to re-purchase the exact same product for that warranty to apply. That is terrible, if you buy a part that was low quality and you wanted to change the brand, they won't accept the life-time warranty return! They accept warranty returns in the past as long as you buy the same part regardless of the brand. Now they are very strict about you having to buy the exact same part. This makes their lifetime warranty useless for me.
4. The only reason I used to buy from FCP was their life-time warranty. I could find the same exact part cheaper from other reputable retailers. That includes my local BMW dealership that offers cheaper, than FCP euro prices, if I order online and pick-up instore.
At this point, I will not be placing any new orders through FCP except for the warranty orders that I have placed in the past.
