As the leader of the new anti predatory towing legislation I want to say that FMS is one of the best companies around. Family owned and operated and it seems like they treat everyone like family (the ones you like). Always professional. Never predatory. If all companies were this good we would need legislation to protect us.

Avis find a better location, they don’t honor peffered members and they gave me a vehicle that’s brake’s were touching the floor. I didn’t feel safe driving that vehicle. I’m disgusted I’ve been renting with Avis 20 years and never had a bad experience until now. The only other vehicle on the lot was a mini-van. I declined I’d rather go somewhere else than deal with them another second.

Love these guys, I trust them with my vehicles whenever there’s an issue, and they even take the time to clean my tires/rims and even the interior! (Pictured: my spotless floor mats and center console that they cleaned after some serious work on the brakes) Thanks! 🙏

Brought my Toyota 4runner here and had them replace my brake calipers, rotors, and pads. The next day, my brake caliper literally fell off the wheel while driving on the highway. Somehow they forgot to tighten the bolts that hold the brake caliper onto the car and both bolts fell out (you can see in the pictures I uploaded). It destroyed the inside of my rim and I had to have the car towed off the highway since having no brakes at 65mph could have easily killed me. They paid for my tow truck and bolted the caliper back on but they didn’t compensate me at all for the damaged rim or the absolute original screw up. But I understand mistakes happen so I didn’t leave a review at the time.

Now less than a year later, the same caliper has fallen off again. This is absolutely unacceptable. I now think this shop is dangerously incompetent.

I had to have my car towed today. Obviously this isn’t an uncommon situation. But for a bit of backstory I own a Saab. That company folded over a decade ago. So I’ve seen that car on the back of a flat bed more than I’d like to admit. I’ve never seen a technician hook up the car as confidently and efficiently as my technician today. Garrit showed that he was not only a skilled technician by hooking it up first go (Saab has a weird hookup location) but he also arrived sooner than expected and was very efficient.
